I provide therapy for high-functioning adults and teens across Georgia who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and self-doubt. My clients are often high-achieving professionals in young to middle adulthood, dealing with anxiety, boundary issues, relationship challenges, and feelings of inadequacy. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you reframe limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create healthier relationships. Through our work together, you will develop tools to manage anxiety, build self-confidence, reduce burnout, and lead a more balanced, fulfilling life—all from the comfort of a virtual setting.
As a high-achieving individual, you may feel overwhelmed by stress, anxious thoughts, and the pressure to meet expectations. Through therapy, you’ll learn to:
Quiet your inner critic and stop seeking external validation.
Manage perfectionism, self doubt, and ruminating thoughts.
Build healthier relationships by setting clear boundaries.
Working together, I’ll help you reclaim confidence, allowing you to approach life with clarity and ease.
Even with success, anxiety and self-doubt can hold you back. Left unchecked, these struggles can lead to:
Constant overthinking and decision paralysis.
Feeling inadequate despite your achievements.
Burnout from people-pleasing and perfectionism.
I understand the challenges of high-functioning anxiety and am here to help you break free from these patterns.
Address patterns of overthinking and self-criticism to regain clarity and confidence.
Get support through significant life changes like career shifts or relationship challenges.
Learn strategies to express your needs and establish healthy boundaries.
Each session is designed to create lasting change, reduce anxiety, and help you feel more confident.
With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in treating anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. I have been intensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at The Anxiety and Stress Management Institute in Atlanta, where I also treated clients for 10 years. Through my own experience with imposter syndrome and self-doubt, I understand how these feelings can limit your potential. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported on your path to emotional well-being.
I am passionate about empowering high-achieving individuals to break free from perfectionism and develop self-compassion. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, relatability, and proven therapeutic techniques to help you achieve real, lasting change.
