With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in treating anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. I have been intensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at The Anxiety and Stress Management Institute in Atlanta, where I also treated clients for 10 years. Through my own experience with imposter syndrome and self-doubt, I understand how these feelings can limit your potential. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported on your path to emotional well-being.
